Postpartum Constipation

I just gave birth, 2 weeks 2 days ago. I have a very bad Postpartum constipation, I had to really push it out really hard giving me discomfort and whats worst Im so scared that if I push it will cause uterin prolapse my worst fear. I did all I can to lessen it but it doesnt even stool softener from dr doesnt help If i push too hard will it have bad effect? like uterine prolapse? and what should i do with this Postpartum constipation? #pleasehelp #postpartumconstipation #postpartum

You have to hydrate, regularly take stool softener. Indeed it is hard. It took me pretty long to poo and it was draining my energy out, painful and I don't push hard. If I can't it means I can't.

Faxing the same issue! I pushed too hard and my tummy became quite sore (c sect). Best to keep eating fruits/veggies and stool softener. Very scary!
