Help… Can I eat longan?

Hello! I am a FTM and currently week 31. I would like to know if I can eat longan? TAP apps say moderately, Google says no longan 😭 And if I can eat, how much is acceptable? Mummies please send helppp 🙏🏻 TIA! #pleasehelp #pregnancy #advicepls
