What are the foods to rest for baby allergies?

I am a FTM. My baby just turned 6.months.  I would like to know what foods to give baby to test for food allergy?Thanks ! #adviceplease

Always start with egg then other items that contain nuts, so on and forth. Because majority baby will have allergy on egg. I tried Heinz Egg Custard.
