Morning sickness is back

I just entered tri 3 and all my symptoms i had in tri 1 are back (nausea and vomitting) but with back ache and shortness of breath now. Tri 2 felt like a honeymoon period 🤣 any tips for tri 3 symptoms and how do yall manage them while still working

can request work from home if you are not feeling too well?I managed my nausea with ginger tea.taking sweet stuff helped a little , of course not too much, just in moderation..take small meals each time
