facial skin changes during early pregnancy

I am at my early pregnancy stage - 4 weeks 3 days. And already notice my facial skin turning really bad eg, redness and rash . Has anyone encounter this?

Omg same :( im at 4 weeks day 5. My skin feels super dry, noticed getting a few pimples under my nose a few days back 😭 was wondering what pregnancy safe skincare products would anyone recommend? 🙏🏻

hi, i have used dr secret. you might want to try as it is pregnancy safe and it does help on my big acne. hope it helps
