Viral fever

I am down w viral fever and coughing my lungs out. Will it affect the growth of my baby coz I have stop all the prenatal supplement and am on all the medication for the fever, cough, flu, phlegm... Not much movement since I am dw w fever. Really worried.

hey dear don't be worried. i was hospitalized due to covid for 1 week in KKH and didn't manage to eat my prenatals, coughed till i gagged and vomit. didn't had much appetite and was super worried too. the dr will issue u medicine to treat ur viral infection that is safe for pregnancy! :) don't think so much and baby will be safe! takecare

I went urgent o&g for high fever n viral infection too wif cough n phlegm during first trim n had covid 2nd trim. Just continue dr prescribed medications that are pregnancy safe
