Anyone Delivering at Parkway East?

I dont understand the breakdown of the package price in the attached picture. this price is inclusive of?? "accomodation"/ delivery fees/ paediatrician/anaesthetist are all seperate charges?

Not only limit to Parkway East, i delivered at Mount Alvernia also all separate charges. Plus if hubby staying with you in Single bedded, you need to pay companion fees too.
