I discovered a lil bit of blood on the toilet paper after urinating last night, just once. 11weeks now. Is it something serious or normal? Do I need to go check up immediately?

Hi Jasmine, I had brownish discharge too during wk6. I heard is normal to hv brownish discharge. But my 1st time had bright red blood discharge, just a bit. No pain at all.
