I discovered a lil bit of blood on the toilet paper after urinating last night, just once. 11weeks now. Is it something serious or normal? Do I need to go check up immediately?

I also experienced the same and I took about 2 day not going to the doctor thinking it won't come back but it did the 3rd day then I went to the hospital and to discover I had urinary track infection. So my advice is to see your doctor.
