I am currently in my 35 weeks. I feel that my skin is getting drier. Any mummies experience this?

yeah this is quite normal. Start using moisturizing cream twice a day and apply liberally. if you dont moisturize, there is a high chance of getting stretch marks. It could also be that your diet is lacking of essential dietary oil I recommend if you could ask your gynaecologist for further info. I find that if I take fish oil or primrose oil, my skin is not that dry and the usual drinking of 8 to 10 glasses of water. If you are having a boy, you could also be having pupps.

Yes it is quite normal. Especially the body, the dry parts are the most prone to stretch marks so just layer up on the moisturiser or body oil or body lotion. En places like arms and thighs would also need that moisturiser boost I would also recommend the essential oil for convenience - some of my friends took. As for myself. - i drink water like crazy so that me. All the est and conrats in advance :)

Itchy, dry skin is very common during pregnancy, especially in the last few months. Keep moisturising your skin. Coconut oil, olive oil, cocoa butter and shea butter are also great alternatives to keep your skin moisturised. Avoid spending a lot of time under a hot shower as it can make your skin really dry. And remember to drink lots of water!

if it itches intensely, especially the palms & soles & you can't see any rashes then you should immediately consult your gynaeac mammas as it can be a sign of cholestasis of pregnancy. its harmful for the baby.

I am using sweet almond oil 15ml as carrier oil, 3 drops each of essential oils (lavender, tea tree, frankincense & clary sage) from Young Living. So far, so good. I love how my belly glisten.

I use Clarins tonic oil match with lotion. Apply morning and evening and plus some light massage. I’m in my 20weeks no marks or feeling itchy so far. All the best mummy 😍
