Any Playgroup to recommend in Serangoon area?

Hi i am considering to register my son to a playgroup next year. I am a new mother and have no idea which playgroup is good for him to develop some of his cognitive, speech, motor skillset. I understand that need to register early as the waiting list could be quite long for those more popular ones. I am staying in Serangoon area. Any recommended playgroup in the vicinity? How about those private playgroup? What is the subsidy given for full time working mum? Due to covid, it is quite hard to tour the centre when the toddlers are having activities.
