Should I be worried with my sand fly bites? 19 weeks pregnant currently…

I just came back from a beach and have sand fly bites on my legs and arms. They are itchy but not painful. Should I be worried that they would be harmful to my baby? Anyone has experience with sandflies bites during their pregnancy that you could share?#insectbites #sandflies

Just an update - I checked with gynae and he doesn’t seem to be concerning too much. My sandflies bites have eventually recovered after 5-7days, but the scars still remain 😅 Baby is healthy and kicking strong 💪
