Tingkat for pregnant woman

Hello! May I ask if there’s any mummies-to-be who has engaged tingkat services? Any good ones to recommend? Is it ok to consume as I understand some dishes contains alcohol (花雕酒) and the tingkat vendors won’t be able to customised to no alcohol requirement? Thank you so much in advance!
