Should I try for baby when I’m having eczema?

Hi, may I ask if any mummies had a healthy pregnancy despite having eczema? Not sure if I should continue trying for baby as my eczema flare up recently. Thank you in advance.

I know of friends who are mummies with eczema but they had healthy pregnancies. Do you want to check w a gynae instead esp if you are on certain medications
