No morning sickness or other symptoms.

I am about six weeks pregnant but I don't feel like being pregnant. and No morning sickness or other symptoms. The only pregnancy test was positive. I am a bit worried about not having any symptoms.

I didn’t get any morning sickness and I am in 13th week and baby is fine so don’t worry about it and be happy as I have heard morning sickness is no treat!
