What does a sudden cramp means?

Hi I am about 7 weeks pregnant. I was sitting down on the sofa and suddenly a felt a sudden painful cramp. Does it mean anything? There’s no bleeding and etc.

Is it a sharp painful cramp at the side of your tummy that lasted a few seconds? If yes, I had that too when I get up too fast. I think I accidentally pulled a ligament. 😂
