What does a sudden cramp means?

hi there! there were a few occasions when I sneeze too hard or like I jump too quickly out of bed and I felt a sharp cramp too. but its only for a split second. Till 11 weeks plus now, I do feel on and off mild cramps and it is quite normal. If you're concerned, you can check with your gynae :) take care!
