pregnancy anxieties

I am 8 months pregnant it gets too much pain in my back and I gets tired vry easily.and from last 2 or 3 days I am feeling like vomiting that I can't take my diet properly.what should I do.?Plzz tell

If you feel very exhausted, please rest. if you feel like vomiting. try chocolate warm milk/ lemon water / healthy snacks or any that helps u. Still have to eat, take small n frequent meals. avoid eating too spicy or oily/fried foods.
