Hello! I am 6w2d pregnant. Have been constantly feeling nausea on a daily basis, either every 30-45mins or whenever I think of food.. Any tips on how to improve appetite or feel better please? Thank you🥲🙏🏻 #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Try coconut water to boost your taste bud. I had this too for my first and third pregnancy & keep hydrated myself by drinking coconut water. Also a small bread with kaya would be fine to keep you energise. Take care!
