First trimester worries

I am 6 weeks plus into my first pregnancy & went for scan and doctor’s appointment yesterday. The water bag is sighted but not the foetus. I’m worried. Is it normal not to be able to see at this stage of pregnancy? #firstbaby #advicepls

Normally gynae will only start to see you on the 8th week onwards. That's when things are clearer and you can even hear baby's heartbeat. Gynae will also measure the fetus and gives you an estimated EDD. You're probably still too early than 6 weeks. Your LMP is never accurate even with a regular cycle
