First trimester worries

I am 6 weeks plus into my first pregnancy & went for scan and doctor’s appointment yesterday. The water bag is sighted but not the foetus. I’m worried. Is it normal not to be able to see at this stage of pregnancy? #firstbaby #advicepls

Noted, I did. The doctor was not my usual gynae so he scheduled my usual gynae to see me in week 7. May still be early but I’ll stay positive ❤️
