Carpel tunnel syndrome

I am 34 week pregnant and started to have carpal syndrome since 2 weeks ago which affected my daily activities, the pain came especially at night and unable to sleep. Had been taking unpaid leave from my work from the past few days. Is it advisable to request for HL from gynae instead?

You can try requesting from gynae but is up to gynae’s discretion if he /she wants to give not. My previous gynae at TMC refused to give any HL prior to week 38 regardless of reasons.

You can try. Im currently under kkh private, and gynae very lenient with HL even when i dont have any complication, cs she told me to rest till the day i give birth , mid sept
