Breastfeed while pregnant

I am at 22 weeks now and this us mg 2nd baby. Is it normal po ba ang paninigas ng tyan while nagbbreastfeed at pregnant at the same time? Is there any moms at there rin po ba na nagpabreastfeed while they are pregnant po dito?? Nakakabahala na po ba yung ganito?#pleasehelp
