6 weeks pregnant with light bleeding. Any similar case?

Me and my hubby rushed to ER on Nov 5th. The doctor said it should not be something to get worried about, since my baby is only 6 weeks and 5 days. They require me to get checked via TVS but the only problem is that im in the province and ultrasounds are scheduled during weekends. I still don't feel at ease knowing my baby could be in a serious danger but the doctor suggested me to get home and requested TVS. I need some advice and tips how to get through this. In my desperation, I want to know if any of you have the same experience and have succeeded. I have back pain and lower abdomen light cramps.
