breastfeeding, engorgements medications

I didnt take any medications. I gradually wean off by reducing the number of pumps every few days. It will hurt due to engorgement etc but i just bear the pain and pump out just to relieve the pain abit. Make sure to have breast pads in bra. Apply cold compress and only took cold showers. Its a tough process but i got thru it in the end.
