How do you prevent poop explosions? My 4 month old son recent loop are so huge they go all the way up the back of the diaper and stain his clothes. He currently poops once every 1 to 3 days. I'm using pampers premium care which I feel is already of good quality but still can't contain his poop! Any advice Mummies? Is this normal?

try Goon, I use the japan version, bought from shopee, the absorbance is quite good. and maybe u should use a size up. like e.g ur baby already 6kg, u might want to try M instead of S. as long as baby not lying on her side shouldn't be any leaking 😁
