Confinement food

How long can we eat confinement food for? Will eating few months of confinement food, from confinement meals ordering, be harmful or actually recommended? Thanks!

Hi mummy, Is good to have confinement food, help you to produce more breast milk, regain your blood lost during delivery. Example: Red dates water. No harm at all.

usually 28days. if u r rich can order more .. I used to plan for 3 mths. but I didn't at last becoz too expensive, I change to normal tingkiat:)

As long as you wish. It’s also good for you especially if you are breastfeeding 😊
