You will feel your tummy tighten/cramp but that shouldn’t last long. A few seconds to less than a minute. Usually comes on and off unlike contractions (last longer and more frequent) 😊

Your Uterus will feel hard like rock. Does not follow a pattern and does not result in cervical dilation unlike a real contraction.
