Having said that they will monitor the contractions watch for other birth signs like mucus plug, colour of water bag if brownish, pink, white. Reach hospital straight to labour, inform nurse/dr what they are experiencing. Dont panic, the more you panic, your mind cant think, body and mind dont react well. Either you will be more painful, or you pespire or baby gets stress.
