superstitious in laws

How do I reject superstitious in laws. Well...is quite normal for infant to drool right? #pleasehelp

it’s part of their saliva glands developing. Absolutely normal! Soon they will start to blow raspberries. My son is coming 4 months old soon! Sometimes the boomers say the darnest things.. best to ignore!
