How do/did you deal with back pain during pregnancy?

I just consumed ostematrix and zinc shaklee for this early pregnancy. Even this is early pregnancy but this is my second time to get pregnant.. So i got that backpain early and always, right before this pregnant of second time too.. Oh my english.. Sorry for my bad english.. Ostematrix can released backpain or another ill like.. Urmm.. something like that..
