Hello dear, dont worry about it :) I am sure you will forget all the pains after seeing your baby. Just take rest, follow your doctor's advice and have positive thinking
I am 26 i was so scared about natural birth at first but after i gave birth to my boy last Monday, everything was fine no feeling at all as i injected epidural.

Understand i did heard from my grandma too.. But if you do your confinement properly it won't be any problems in future.
i gave birth at 18 years old and its bearable
