How to count Baby kick

How do we count the number of baby kicks? If there is one movement and baby move again after 2-3mins is that considered one movement? Or only if the movements are in succession within few seconds it is considered as one? Any kick counter app for to recommend?

I don’t know and don’t count baby kicks. As long as he/she moves every hour I am not worried. Sometimes if I feel like it’s getting a little too quiet in there, I’ll eat or drink something cold or sweet just to wake baby up.

This app itself has a kick counter. I’ve never tracked baby kicks before but if I’m not wrong, one movement considered one, don’t have to be continuous.
