Housework can wait. Sleep when baby sleeps even if it’s 10 mins. You can prep simple meals after feeding baby and putting baby to bed (although most probably won’t have chance to finish eating all in one go). Get handsfree pumps if you need to free your hands. If budget allows, get two sets of pumping parts so you don’t have to wash immediately after every pump.
Hands free pump was a life saver and time saving. For me I just order grabfood😅
