Breastfeeding cleaning

How do you clean your breast and nipple before latching your baby? I buy NUK nipple wipes but it is quite expensive considering my usage rate. Can finish one box within a week.

When I was at home I just wash with water, or wet wipes. No need for special nipple wipe. After 3-4 months I don't even wipe anymore 😅
