Baby ear Cleaning

Hi. How do you clean a 5 months old baby ear? As I noticed that my 5 months old keep scratching behind his ear.

I use baby cotton bud with some baby oil to lubricate the ear. have to be very gentle as their ears are very sensitive and delicate
