Home made ikan bilis powder! . There's different kind of ikan bilis powder out there but I prefer making my own one with the anchovies I prefer. . Just fry the anchovies until it is dry and crispy. No oil added. Then let it cool down and blend it into powder ? . It's time consuming! Do it only when you have at least 1 hour free time.
