HL convert to ML

Soon to be 34 weeks, starting to feel all the pain and aching. Planning to take HL. At which week will it consider as early maternity?

Hey Dee, you can follow this guideline from MOM to plan your HL : https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/leave/maternity-leave/planning-your-leave#:~:text=You%20must%20take%20the%20first,9%20June%20and%207%20July However, this also subject to agreement or T&C based on your company/HR.

For HL - need to be given by doctor first. Not so easy to get. Often only given is like 37 weeks like that and from private doctor and private hospital
