Anyone has advice for handling confinement nanny?

Hiring a nanny for the first time for my second child and I was wondering if there’s stuff to take note/look out for. I’m afraid nanny will clash with my long time helper (20 years already) as she took care of my firstborn and can be quite stubborn. #nanny
