14 weeks preggy, lagi din ba masakit balakang niyo at tailbone?

same with you 14 weeks na ko mamsh. balakang especially the right hip ang masakit. sa tailbone ko so far ok pa naman kasi i used to do yoga.. ngayon medyo pinapakapit ko muna baby kaya di muna ko nagbabalik sa yoga pero i still do light stretching and slow assisted squats bago maglakad papasok sa office sa morning. pauwi naman i use the stairs pababa ng building and also lakad pauwi para may exercise pa din after 11-hour duty na mostly nakaupo lang.. nakakaranas na din ako nung "lightning crotch" na tinatawag and also i cant hold my pee anymore pag nababahing 😅 for that i will try pelvic floor exercises naman hehe movement for us is movement for the baby too :) stay active and safe po :)
