Baby poop everyday normal?

Hiii my baby is 7 days old. He's been pooping like every 3 hours daily. Is it normal? I'm so worried cause his butt rashes is getting worse😭 Will the amount of times he poop decrease as he gets older? I feel so poor thing😭
