Pregency sleeping time

Hihi mummies. Is it normal to feel v sleepy every day 1030pm to 11pm but auto wake up 6plus to 7plus? Been experiencing this for past 2mths plus after i am preggy. My sleeping habit definitely changing drastically #firstbaby #1stimemom
