HEALTH & WELLNESS DREAM BOARD for 2022 ๐Ÿฅณ Going 2years in pandemic but I feel I still haven't adjusted and established a routine that is beneficial to my overall health. In fact, I have gained 10kg!! ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฐ But NEW YEAR is a great way to start anew ๐Ÿ˜‰ So here are my ๐Ÿฑ ๐—›๐—˜๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—›๐—ฌ ๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—ฉ๐—œ๐—ก๐—š ๐—š๐—ข๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—ฆ ๐—™๐—ข๐—ฅ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฎ which I put on a #DreamBoard so I will always get reminded of these ๐Ÿ˜ โœ… ๐—›๐—˜๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—›๐—ฌ ๐—•๐—ข๐——๐—ฌ - Atleast 30min exercise/physical activity per day - Go back to having a normal BMI -- I'm overweight now โœ… ๐—›๐—˜๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—›๐—ฌ ๐—ฆ๐—ž๐—œ๐—ก - Not getting any younger so need to be more consistent with my skincare routine and self-care โœ… ๐—›๐—˜๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—›๐—ฌ ๐— ๐—œ๐—ก๐—— - I suffered from anxiety & panic disorder and so my mental health is very important - Daily meditation/breathing exercises before I sleep + eliminating stressors โœ… ๐—•๐—˜๐—ง๐—ง๐—˜๐—ฅ ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ง & ๐—ค๐—จ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฌ ๐—ง๐—œ๐— ๐—˜ - Working from home, I noticed how I wasn't able to put the boundary among work time, family time, and time for myself - Better time management and follow schedule โœ… ๐—œ๐— ๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—ข๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—— ๐—œ๐— ๐— ๐—จ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฌ - Have my COVID-19 vaccine booster shot, and other annual shots to keep myself protected, along with healthy diet and supplements - Encourage more individuals to join ๐—ง๐—˜๐—”๐—  ๐—•๐—”๐—ž๐—จ๐—ก๐—”๐—ก๐—”๐—ฌ on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/bakunanay) .
