Ano ang Health & Wellness Goals n'yo for 2022?? 🥳

HEALTH & WELLNESS DREAM BOARD for 2022 🥳 Going 2years in pandemic but I feel I still haven't adjusted and established a routine that is beneficial to my overall health. In fact, I have gained 10kg!! 😰😰😰 But NEW YEAR is a great way to start anew 😉 So here are my 𝟱 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 which I put on a #DreamBoard so I will always get reminded of these 😁 ✅ 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗬 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 - Atleast 30min exercise/physical activity per day - Go back to having a normal BMI -- I'm overweight now ✅ 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗬 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗡 - Not getting any younger so need to be more consistent with my skincare routine and self-care ✅ 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗬 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗 - I suffered from anxiety & panic disorder and so my mental health is very important - Daily meditation/breathing exercises before I sleep + eliminating stressors ✅ 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 & 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 - Working from home, I noticed how I wasn't able to put the boundary among work time, family time, and time for myself - Better time management and follow schedule ✅ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 - Have my COVID-19 vaccine booster shot, and other annual shots to keep myself protected, along with healthy diet and supplements - Encourage more individuals to join 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗬 on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/bakunanay) .
