It depends on what type of neighbours you end up with! I thought my HDB was good till I stayed in and encountered my inconsiderate young elderly neighbour!! Sighs

HDB is better for young families, but in the long run, I prefer condo cuz of the security Guards and don’t need to pay for monthly parking, unlike HDB.

It really depends on personal preference but I would prefer condo as it is better equipped with day to day facilities
