Cramps at left side @ 14 weeks

Having cramps wen slping at left side, lower abdomen is pain..is it normal? wen i sp at right side seems to be fine...anyone experience this?

I have these kinda cramps too but gynae said as long as no bleeding will be fine. I simply lie in all positions until im comfortable. 😅
