Cramps at left side @ 14 weeks
Having cramps wen slping at left side, lower abdomen is pain..is it normal? wen i sp at right side seems to be fine...anyone experience this?

Me too, 16 weeks and having same issue but on random sides each time. Checked with gynae about the lower abdomen pain and he said it’s fine. For meC the pain goes away after awhile and no bleeding.
I have these kinda cramps too but gynae said as long as no bleeding will be fine. I simply lie in all positions until im comfortable. 😅
