Blood clot in uterus

Any one has experience with blood clot beside baby in first trimester? Will it grow much bigger n bleed ? >< Thanks in advance. Doc say the dydrogesterone shd help stabilise hopefully

I had a blood clot during my first Tri as well. And doctor prescribed duphaston for me and asked me not to do vigorous activities (including intercourse) it went away aft a few weeks!
