Hand expressed for 2 hrs plus but my breast is still engorged. Can i still store the milk?

you try to look at some videos on hand expression. And possible to get a borrowed breast pump to help with your engorment?

hmm i dont have any friends that would be able to lend me a pump. and its hard to find a flange size that fits me
