Will boss ask why HL? What reason to say?
Gynae will give HL wk 37 onwards to rest. Don't know how and what to tell boss.

Just say to rest before edd cause 37 weeks is full term and you can give birth anytime therefore gynae gave hl to rest and monitor for any labor sign. My boss never really ask cs they understand. Even if they ask i just say to rest. Cs i also started HL at 36/37 weeks
