I start my day with a small cup of instant oats. I find that it helps with calming my tummy then I’ll have my breakfast in smaller portion about one hour later. I portioned my breakfast (a simple sandwich) into two portions to have over two seatings since I cannot stomach too much food at one go too. Hope this helps!
Make sure you’re not hungry because it makes morning sickness worse. I have to eat every 2 hours and it helps keep the nausea down.
I found myself snacking every 1-2hours because the nausea kicks in very frequently.
